Bakery Phone Order Payment Policy​

Applies To: All phone orders placed with the Red Apple Bakery, we take pride in preparing every order fresh and with care. Because many of our products are made to order and have a limited shelf life, we’ve established the following policy to ensure fairness and reduce food waste:

Policy

• All phone orders totaling $50 or more must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

• Payments can be made securely over the phone using a credit or debit card.

Cancellations and No-Shows:​

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, as products are made fresh and cannot be resold.

 

Why This Policy Exists:

Our baked goods are perishable and made specifically for each customer. Unfortunately, unpaid orders that are not picked up lead to unnecessary waste and loss for our small business. This policy helps us continue to serve our community with the highest quality products while minimizing waste.
