Do you take special orders?
Absolutely! We’re happy to make special orders for holidays, celebrations, and family gatherings. To be sure we can bake exactly what you’d like, please place your order ahead of time, especially during the busy holiday season.

Do you deliver?

We don’t currently offer delivery, but you’re always welcome to call ahead and place an order for pickup. We’ll have it ready fresh from the oven when you arrive.

 

What is in Harvest?

Peach, pear, apricot & apple

What is in Mixed berry?

Blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, & strawberry

Do you offer gluten-free options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free crusts, but we do make sugar-free pies by special order. 

Do you have outdoor seating?

Yes! We have picnic tables and outdoor seating where you can relax under the pines and enjoy your pie, cider, or donuts in the fresh mountain air.

Baking Your Frozen Pie

  1. Do not thaw your pie. Bake it straight from the freezer for best results.

  2. Preheat your oven to 450°F (205°C).

  3. Unwrap your pie and place foil on crust edges.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 450°F, then pull pie out and let rest for 15 - 20 min egg wash and sugar center of pie and continue baking for –50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

  5. Cool for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the filling to set.
